Spider-Man Reboot: 5 things we won't miss from previous trilogy.

It's been confirmed that the Spider-Man movies will get a reboot and planning to hit theaters in 2012. The new movies will focus on Peter Parker back in high school dealing with being a superhero and teenage problems. In light of this upheaval, here are 5 things we won't miss about the previous incarnation of the web-head.

5. Green Goblin: I know, I know. Classic Spidey bad guy but it doesn't mean he's cool. In spite of Willem Dafoe's acting prowess, this character just doesn't fly.

4. Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man: I was on board with this guy at first, but now it's time for a change. He's getting old, and kinda whiney.

3. Sandman and Venom: These two characters were just proof of the studio execs messing with the director and the script. They were such a weird pair forced together to bring edginess (Venom) while staying with classics (Sandman). Together, they just made mud.

2. Emo Peter Parker: As if whiney Peter crying for plain Mary Jane wasn't bad enough. Where did dancing emo Peter come from?

1. Kirsten Dunst as Mary Jane: What more can I say that fanboys haven't said already? Can we get Evan Rachel Wood on the phone?!
